Marshall's BBQ is all about doing it big. We do it big or go home. We hit the streets in May 2009 when Uncle Rodney decided to turn the keys to his beautiful 37 foot BBQ unit over to me his nephew, Kevin Burnam. I have been barbequing for my family for several years but have been helping my Uncle with various events and functions for about 8 years. When the economy started to tank I was working for a linen company, I decided to take a proactive approach to this dismal situation and start my own business. Everybody said I was crazy, but I put my faith in God and Thank God for all my blessings.
Marshall's BBQ smokes with swagger and professionalism. We put a lot of time, love, and hard work into our smoked meats to deliver you some of the best Smoked BBQ you've ever tasted. I have talked to many Event Coordinators that have wished they went with us instead of the other guy. Hands down they just can't produce the volume needed to take care of the customers. When you're asked to cook for an event along with other food vendors that's bringing about 20,000 to 75,000 hungry mouths to feed, you better bring it. The worst thing you can tell a customer is, "We're not ready yet," or have them wait for long periods of time for their food. I don't like it as a customer and our customers don't deserve it.
